Commercial Office

Lift interiors that match your building's positioning.

In a commercial office building, the lift is the first interior space a tenant sees after stepping off the street. A dated or worn cab tells a story you don't want told. Architectural vinyl wrapping brings the lift interior in line with the building's commercial presentation, at a fraction of the cost and disruption of a full refurbishment.

Why it works for commercial office

Tenant retention and attraction

Tenants notice the quality of shared spaces. A lift that looks like it belongs in a well-maintained, premium building is part of the argument for renewing a lease or signing a new one. It's a maintenance spend that has a measurable effect on how the building is perceived.

No loss of NLA during installation

A vinyl wrap does not require the lift to be decommissioned for extended periods. Single-day installation per cab means a two-cab building can be completed across two days. Tenant notifications can be minimal, and there's no impact on rentable area.

Consistent finish across a whole building

We install the same finish, to the same standard, across every cab in a building. Multi-floor, multi-cab commercial buildings get a coherent result throughout, not a gradual mismatch as individual panels are replaced over time.

Asset value and presentation

Building owners and asset managers use lift condition as a proxy for how a building is maintained. A fresh interior supports NABERS and property marketing materials, and positions the building competitively in the leasing market.

Common questions

Can you install across a multi-tenanted building without disrupting operations?

Yes. Single-day installation per cab means disruption is contained to a predictable window. We issue a building notice, complete the install, and return the lift to service by end of day. For buildings with strict access protocols, after-hours and weekend installs are available.

Is fire compliance documentation available for our building manager?

Yes. For installations using 3M DI-NOC, we supply the relevant AS 1530.3 Group 1 fire test certificates on request. These can be filed with your building compliance records.

We have a Schindler/KONE/Otis lift. Will the wrap void the service contract?

Vinyl wrapping covers interior surfaces only and does not affect any mechanical, electrical, or safety-critical component. We are not aware of any major lift service contract that excludes interior surface finishing. If your contract has specific provisions, we recommend checking with your lift service provider and we can provide a product specification letter if needed.

Can we change the finish in the future without damage?

Yes. The vinyl can be removed cleanly from most substrates without adhesive residue or surface damage. A building that wraps its lift today can rewrap to a different finish in five years without any structural work.
